Important: This article is applicable to NovoDisplay series, model name as DK434, DK554, DK654, DK754, DK854.
This section covers the upgrade process for NovoDisplay DK4 units running a software version of 6.0.1.0069 or earlier.
Please follow the instructions below to perform the upgrade.
- On the home screen, click the Presentation in the bottom left corner.
- Click Settings to go to the Device Setting page.
- Navigate to the Upgrade section and confirm that the software version is 6.0.1.0069 or earlier.
- If your device’s software version is 6.0.1.0069 or earlier, please return to the home screen and continue to follow the upgrade instructions.
- If your device’s software version is newer than 6.0.1.0069, click the Upgrade button to perform the upgrade directly.
- Return to the home screen and swipe to the Apps page.
- Click the NT AppManager icon.
- Click the Update to begin the app upgrade.
- Once the update is completed, a confirmation message will be displayed on the screen.
- On the home screen, click the Presentation in the bottom left corner.
- Click Settings to go to the Device Setting page.
- Navigate to the Upgrade section, click the Upgrade button to perform the upgrade directly.
- Click OK to start the upgrade process.
- The device will start the process by downloading the file, installing the new software, and then automatically rebooting.
- After the upgrade is completed, please navigate to the Device Settings to confirm that the software version is equal to or newer than 6.0.2.0097.
