• Support NovoTouch EK Series and BK Series
• Dashboard design :  
• • Organization – Organization name and the ID, Number of users accessing this service and Storage space of the Cloud service
  • System announcement – System announcements such as firmware update, system maintenance, etc.
  • Devices & Apps – Show the number of devices and Online/Offline status, and number of apps uploaded or outstanding tasks to the Cloud
  • Firmware distribution – There will be firmware status with different color in this option
• Device management : 

• • Device control – Device information, Firmware update, Activate BYOM license, Set NovoConnect edition, Moderators
  • Network – Wi-Fi mode, SSID, Wi-Fi IP, LAN IP, Wi-Fi MAC address, LAN MAC address.
  • Display settings – Power & sleep setup, etc.
  • Security – Setting lock and screen lock
  • Remote assist – Allows an IT administrator to operate a Novo device over the Internet
  • Screen-cast configuration – Enable or disable Google cast, AirPlay, AirPlay code, Miracast, Miracast PIN, PIN required and network stability monitor
