There are several ways to update your EK2/EK3 devices.
(1) Update via Remote Manager
This method allows you to manage the firmware update from your computer. This article has the details.
(2) Update from the Device
You can trigger firmware OTA (Over-The-Air) update by launching NT Settings → Firmware Upgrade.
(3) Update with a USB Drive
This method will wipe out everything on the NovoTouch device and result in a clean installation. Please see the next section for details.
Important – EK3’s Android-11 Firmware (V6.x)
For EK3 series to upgrade from “Android 9” firmware (V5.x) to “Android 11” firmware (V6.x), you will have to use an USB drive to do so.
